Welcome to the Brush Creek Properties Home Owners Association website. Brush Creek Mountain is located in beautiful western North Carolina in Swain County, approximately halfway between Bryson City and Franklin. With elevations approaching 4,000 feet, our community offers absolutely stunning views of the surrounding Nantahala National Forest and neighboring mountains. Friday, August 7, 2015. Roaring Fork Falls and Setrock Creek Falls. Jim was away on a bike trip so I coaxed our son Brett to explore a couple of waterfalls with me. Roaring Fork Falls and Setrock Creek Falls. Are just a few miles apart on gravel roads at the shadowy base of Mount Mitchell in North Carolina. The trail to Roaring Fork Falls is about a half-mile of old logging road and a quarter-mile of true trail.
